This site (the-paradise-cocktails, operated under the brand The Paradise Cocktails) is the digital channel for our premium Colombian granizado business with a presence in Melbourne, Australia. If you have questions about this policy, you can reach us through our contact form or on Instagram @paradisecocktails_au.
2. What information we collect
We only collect the information you voluntarily provide when filling out one of our forms (Paradise Supply, Machines, Licensing, Empieza tu Negocio or Contact). Depending on the form, this may include: name, business name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, city or suburb, type of business, and the message you write.
We do not collect payment details, financial information or identity documents through the website.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide exclusively to:
- Respond to your request or message.
- Assess your interest in wholesale supply, machines, licensing, or the Empieza tu Negocio program.
- Contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp regarding your request.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to Paradise Cocktails.
4. Third-party services
The forms on this site are processed through FormSubmit.co, an external service that transmits the form content directly to our email. FormSubmit.co processes this information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel (the latter configured within Google Tag Manager) to understand, in an aggregated and anonymous way, how this site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our social media presence. These tools only load if you accept the cookie notice shown on your first visit; if you reject it, none of them load. This information does not allow us to personally identify you and is not combined with the data you provide in our contact forms.
